THE BENEFITS
Our high Force Industrial Linear Actuator is the strongest and most durable lifting actuator in our line-up. This actuator features a full stainless steel shaft, high quality aluminium housing, tough metal drive gears and an upgraded IP66 environmental protection rating producing a versatile unit able to withstand dust, water, and harsh environments.
When installed on the MPL lift, this actuator allows you to lift a true 1000lb load on the forks or other accessories as it is able to overcome the effects of friction on the slider mechanisms of the lift.
THE DRAWBACKS
This type of lifting power and durability does come with a slightly lower lifting speed of 0.50″/sec when compared to the Standard Duty Electric Actuator of 0.66″/sec. It also comes at a premium price tag due to it’s upgraded components. Finally, it is only available in an 18 inch stroke, giving the MPL lift a total lifting stroke of 36 inches.
