Description
THE BENEFITS
Our standard duty Industrial Linear Actuator is a cost effective high force electric drive system that gets you started in fully electric lifting with wireless operation. This actuator features a stainless steel shaft and metal drive gears with an IP65 environmental protection rating producing a unit able to withstand typical automotive environments.
This actuator is slightly faster at 0.66″/sec than our Heavy Duty actuator at 0.50″/sec.
With this actuator you also have the option of choosing two stroke lengths giving you the flexibility of upgrading the capabilities of your MPL lift to a total stroke of 40 inches.
THE DRAWBACKS
This actuator has a wider tolerance range when it comes to lifting capacity. It is rated to lift 1000lbs but inherent inefficiencies in the motor and guides can lower it’s capacity. If a majority of your lifting requirements are in the 800-1000lb range, we recommend choosing the Heavy Duty Actuator.
